Purpose
The Master of Christian Ministry Degree program is designed to provide students with a Biblical and Theological foundation for godly living and fruitful Christian ministry. The program is offered to assist students in gaining additional theological training while they are serving in their local church. To allow for maximum application of the courses, it is therefore required that applicants be active in ministry in their local church.
Why The M.C.M Program?
The Master of Christian Ministry degree prepares students for practical areas of ministry, such as local church ministry, evangelism, church planting, Christian education, and Christian leadership. It equips students with skills in leadership, communication, and counseling. As well, the program gives assessment tools to relate to particular ministry contexts.
Curriculum
The Master of Christian Ministry degree program has a 36-hour curriculum designed to enable anyone in vocational Christian ministry to increase their competence and degree of excellence while not abandoning their current ministry. The curriculum consists of the following courses:

PT-610 Conflict Management in the Local Church (3 hrs.)
PT-620 Biblical Servant-Leadership in Ministry (3 hrs.)

Learning Outcomes
Graduates of this program will be able to:
- Defend Sound Doctrine: Offer a credible defense of sound doctrine by critically engaging with biblical texts and contemporary theological issues, as emphasized in courses like Contemporary Apologetics and Biblical Theology courses.
- Integrate Scriptural Knowledge: Integrate a greater understanding of Scripture into various ministry contexts, utilizing hermeneutical skills acquired in Biblical Hermeneutics and applying insights from Old and New Testament Surveys.
- Analyze and Evaluate Ministry Challenges: Evaluate current issues affecting ministry in light of biblical teaching, fostering the ability to assess and respond to contemporary challenges as discussed in the Practical Research Project and Conflict Management in the Local Church.
- Apply Biblical Principles Practically: Demonstrate the ability to apply the Word of God practically in ministry areas through research and writing projects, as developed in courses like Practical Research Project and Practicum in Christian Ministry.
- Develop Leadership and Church Management Skills: Cultivate effective leadership and church management skills, drawing on biblical principles of servant leadership and church governance, as covered in Biblical Servant Leadership in Ministry and The Biblical Theology of the Church.
